Yesterday Cole stayed home with Jolie while I went to the grocery store.  She had a good time with Daddy!  This video is a little dark, but so sweet!

I am behind on posting so I figured that I would just share some pictures that are from a little bit of everything.  These are some of my favorites from the last few weeks :)

Looking cute one Sunday after church

Not too happy after a bath one evening.  Jolie hates to be cold after baths!  Her umbilical cord finally fell off (at a month!) and now can have real baths, which she loves!  She doesn't usually wear a robe, but we had to try it out...it's just too cute!

Uncle Will stayed the night a few weeks ago while my parents were out of town.  He and Jolie got to spend a little time together.

Jolie makes the funniest faces and noises while she sleeps.  This particular morning she was smiling in her sleep.  These are also my favorite pajamas on her :)

Jolie is getting big enough to entertain herself for short amounts of time.  Here she is staring at herself in the mirror.  Notice the blurry feet...She is almost always busy kicking those little feet!

Sweet smile!  Jolie is smiling a lot now, however we have captured very few on camera.  As soon as we get the camera out she gets distracted and starts staring at it rather than smiling.

My new favorite outfit for Jolie!  She looks so precious in this dress!

You can't see it well in this picture, but this is another favorite outfit of ours.  Her daddy especially loves it!  I am very sad that her long legs have just about outgrown it.

One Month!

I can't believe Jolie is already one month old!

This is what happens when you try to take pictures of a newborn with a full tummy...

At one month, Jolie is just over nine pounds (according to our home scale--we don't go back to the doctor until 8 weeks.)  She has definitely grown in length, too.  She has outgrown many of her newborn outfits in length and is now able to wear some of her three month clothes.  Jolie is also getting stronger and will lift her head up to look at your face at you when you lay her on your chest. It is so sweet!  She has also rolled over once.  I am pretty sure it was a fluke, but Cole said it was confirmation that she is advanced.  Jolie will also give us an occasional smile.  We are looking forward to seeing even more of these! 

It has been such a great month.  We became parents, I began my dream job of being a stay-at-home mom, and we get to spend each day with the cutest baby ever!
